Vestas is the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions. We design, manufacture, install, and service wind turbines across the globe. As a Site Supervisor, you will act as a safety culture ambassador and lead an operational team to execute contractual obligations and optimize site/asset performance. You will be responsible for delivering on core metrics including safety, production factors, and cost-efficiency while serving as a key focal point for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Team Development: Lead and develop an operational team to achieve peak performance.
Operational Execution: Execute contractual obligations and optimize site/asset performance.
Metric Delivery: Deliver company expectations on core metrics including Total Recordable Injury (TRI), Lost Production Factor (LPF), Direct costs per megawatt, and Planning execution.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate and act as a focal point for the site with stakeholders such as contractors, Vestas Technical functions, supply chain, and continuous improvement/lean teams.
Qualifications and Experience
Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields.
A valid Driving License is required.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Significant experience in similar positions within a renowned international company.
Competencies and Skills
Sense of responsibility-based leadership.
Ability to work under challenging and complex environments.
High communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Comfortable with IT tools (Hardware and Software).
Ability to work in remote areas on a rotation-based pace.
