Role Overview
The Regional Bancassurance Sales Managers will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales through bank partner channels. The role involves managing teams, building relationships with bank stakeholders, and ensuring the achievement of insurance sales targets within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Motivate and guide a team of sales representatives and agents towards achieving sales targets.
Implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the bancassurance portfolio.
Maintain strong working relationships with banking partners.
Represent Jubilee Insurance professionally in the bancassurance sector.
Requirements
Education: A University degree from an institution recognized by the Commission for Higher Education.
Professional Qualifications: AIIK Diploma / CII Diploma or any insurance-related qualification is an added advantage.
Experience: Experience in Bancassurance will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills: Strong Sales and Marketing skills.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate sales teams.
