We are seeking to recruit Business Development Officers (BDOS) who will play a key role in driving business growth and implementing effective sales strategies. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the achievement of the company's corporate objectives, including revenue growth, profitability, and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Drive business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the life insurance sector.
Implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Support the achievement of corporate objectives through proactive business development.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape within the Kenyan insurance industry.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related course.
Professional qualification in Insurance or demonstrated progress (ACII, CII, or IIK).
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience selling general insurance products.
Excellent knowledge of the insurance industry and the Kenyan market.
