Apollo Life Assurance is looking for a Licensed Life Assurance Agent for a full-time on-site role based in Mombasa. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, selling life assurance products, and providing expert guidance on suitable insurance options. You will represent APA Life Assurance’s commitment to protecting generations and delivering reliable financial solutions.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients to grow the customer base.
Sell various life assurance products to individuals and corporate clients.
Provide expert guidance and advice on suitable insurance options based on client needs.
Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records.
Build and foster strong, long-term customer relationships.
Evaluate individual client needs and financial situations to recommend appropriate coverage.
Ensure excellence in customer service and professional representation of the brand.
Qualifications and Requirements
Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field.
Must be a Licensed Life Assurance Agent with relevant certifications.
Proven experience and knowledge in Insurance Sales and Insurance products.
Familiarity with Insurance Brokerage and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
Understanding of Finance principles, budgeting, and financial planning.
Strong Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage.
