The Commission on Administrative Justice (Office of The Ombudsman)
The Commission on Administrative Justice (CAJ), also known as the Office of the Ombudsman, is a Constitutional Commission established under Article 59 (4) and Chapter Fifteen of the Constitution and the Commission on Administrative Justice Act, 2011. This internship position is located in the Kwale office and aims to provide law graduates with practical exposure to administrative justice and public service.
The Legal Intern will assist the Commission in fulfilling its mandate to investigate conduct in state affairs and address public grievances. This involves direct engagement with complainants and supporting legal research and reporting processes.
