The Commission on Administrative Justice (Office of The Ombudsman)
The Commission on Administrative Justice (CAJ), also known as the Office of the Ombudsman, is a Constitutional Commission established under Article 59 (4) and Chapter Fifteen of the Constitution, and the Commission on Administrative Justice Act, 2011. The Commission is mandated to investigate any conduct in state affairs or any act or omission in public administration. This internship position is based in the Eldoret office and aims to provide practical legal experience within the public sector.
The Legal Intern will support the Commission's mandate by assisting in legal research, complaint management, and advisory services. This is an opportunity for a law graduate to gain hands-on experience in administrative justice and legal operations.
