Jubilee Insurance, established in 1937, is the largest composite insurer in East Africa, handling Life, Pensions, General, and Medical insurance. We are seeking a Business Development Officer for our Corporate division to identify new business opportunities and manage key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector to meet sales targets.
Build and maintain sustainable relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
Utilize business acumen to understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance packages.
Solve complex client problems and handle inquiries with adaptability and resilience.
Influence decision-makers and communicate the value proposition of Jubilee Insurance products effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in a Business-related course.
Professional qualification in Insurance.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software packages.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
Proven track record in relationship building and being results-oriented.
