Role Overview
Jubilee Insurance is looking for a Business Development Manager for Corporate New Business. This role is responsible for driving growth in the corporate segment by identifying new opportunities, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a high-performance sales team. The position requires a strategic thinker with deep insight into the insurance market and a proven ability to close high-value contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential corporate clients to expand the company's portfolio.
Strategic Market Acquisition:
Growth Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue targets for new corporate business.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations and finalize complex insurance contracts with major corporate organizations.
Team Leadership: Inspire, manage, and mentor a high-performance sales team to achieve collective objectives.
Market Analysis: Provide strategic market insights and conduct analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is a distinct advantage.
Professional Certifications: Professional insurance qualifications (e.g., AIIK, ACII) are preferred.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in a management or senior sales role within the insurance or corporate sector.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation and contract closing abilities.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage and inspire a high-performance team.
Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and market insight capabilities.
