Influx is seeking sales-oriented, voice-trained agents who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about music and audio technologies. This role combines customer interaction, technical understanding, and sales support in a fast-paced environment. Influx provides Support as a Service for brands and tech companies, offering an entire operation available on demand including agents, management, training, and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Voice Support: Handle customer interactions and support inquiries via voice channels with professionalism and politeness.
Sales Engagement: Support sales efforts by engaging customers and identifying opportunities to provide more value.
Technical Troubleshooting: Assist with troubleshooting or guiding clients on audio and streaming solutions (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music).
Account Management: Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems, ensuring proper monitoring, maintenance tracking, and oversight of client accounts.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical or service-related issues.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates should meet at least 6 of the following requirements:
Prior experience in voice-based customer support at a call center or a BPO.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong empathy and the ability to understand customer needs.
Experience using CRM tools.
Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Familiarity with IoT (Internet of Things).
Strong attention to detail, with excellent record-keeping and follow-up skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of music trends and streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music).
Fast learner, well-organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
Educational Qualification: BA/BSc/HND.
Technical Requirements (Bring Your Own Device - BYOD)
Hardware: Laptop with Windows 10 or higher (no Chromebook or Linux OS). Minimum 8GB RAM and Intel Core i5 (10th gen or higher).
Internet: Mandatory high-speed internet with a minimum of 50 Mbps (download & upload).
Equipment: Wired, noise-canceling headset.
Environment: A quiet, dedicated workspace.
Nice to Have
Experience with audio hardware (speakers, PA systems, amplifiers, etc.).
Background in sales.
Comfort with reading scripts, technical instructions, or basic code.
