Job Description
The Kenya School of Technical, Vocational, Education and Training (KSTVET), formerly known as the Kenya Technical Trainers College (KTTC), is a government State Corporation under the Ministry of Education. Established to train technically skilled personnel for teaching and employment, the institution is seeking a qualified Supply Chain Management Officer II to join its team.
Role Purpose
While specific duties are detailed on the official application portal, a Supply Chain Management Officer II is generally responsible for coordinating procurement processes, managing inventory, and ensuring all supply chain activities comply with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (PPADA). The officer ensures the timely acquisition of goods and services to support the school's administrative and educational operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a closely related field.
Basic knowledge of public procurement regulations and inventory management systems.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
