Senior Technician

The Senior Technician at Bridge Talent Management is a leadership role responsible for the planning, supervision, and execution of technical services related to tractors and industrial machinery. The successful candidate will oversee a service team, ensuring that all installation, maintenance, and repair tasks are completed accurately and safely while providing exceptional technical support to customers throughout the sales cycle.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Plan and supervise daily and weekly work for the service team; ensure timely and accurate completion of all assignments.\n* Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of tractors and related agricultural/industrial machinery.\n* Provide high-quality pre-sales, sales, and after-sales technical support to customers to ensure satisfaction and equipment longevity.\n* Lead training sessions for customers and team members; develop comprehensive training plans.\n* Manage workshop tools and accessories; support cargo unloading and perform receiving inspections.\n* Ensure safety in production and strict adherence to all safety rules and procedures.\n* Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n* Diploma or Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.\n* Minimum of 5 years in maintenance work involving mechanical or electrical engineering.
