Job Description
The Procurement Manager (Isuzu Parts) will lead and drive the procurement strategy for automotive parts, ensuring cost optimization, supplier excellence, and uninterrupted supply to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement Leadership
Develop and execute long-term procurement strategies.
Align procurement plans with business growth and market demand.
Lead sourcing initiatives for cost efficiency and quality improvement.
Supplier Strategy & Governance
Build and manage a high-performing supplier network.
Lead contract negotiations and strategic partnerships.
Conduct supplier performance reviews and risk assessments.
Financial & Cost Optimization
Drive cost-saving initiatives and value engineering.
Manage procurement budgets and forecasts.
Analyze spend and identify efficiency opportunities.
Supply Chain Integration
Collaborate with inventory, logistics, and parts teams.
Ensure seamless supply chain flow and minimize disruptions.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor procurement team members.
Set performance targets and monitor team output.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulations.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
Reporting & Insights
Provide strategic reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Use data analytics to support decision-making.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
