Role Overview
Kilimall is looking for an experienced and result-driven Logistics Manager to plan, manage, and optimize our logistics and supply chain operations. The role involves leading the logistics team, managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and ensuring cost-effective, timely delivery to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage logistics and supply chain operations.
Evaluate and oversee 3PL providers and partnerships.
Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Lead, develop, and manage the logistics team.
Implement policies to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Manage transportation, courier selection, and rate negotiation.
Control logistics budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Track and improve performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Oversee fleet and drop-shipping operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Industry Experience: Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or courier operations is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of computer systems and logistics management tools.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, vendor management, time management, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. High attention to detail and adaptability.
