Appleton School, established in 2008, is a renowned private institution dedicated to maintaining high-quality academic standards and providing extensive co-curricular activities. We offer playgroup, pre-primary, and primary education, incorporating the Competency Based Education (CBE) framework. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Montessori Teachers to join our academic team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that aligns with Montessori principles and the CBE curriculum. The role involves managing classroom dynamics, delivering instruction, and fostering the holistic development of young learners.
Responsibilities
Implement Montessori teaching methodologies and the CBE curriculum to facilitate student learning.
Manage classroom behavior and create a positive, organized environment conducive to learning.
Prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school administration.
Collaborate with other educators to enhance the school's academic programs.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in a relevant educational field (Montessori training preferred).
2–3 years of active teaching experience.
Must possess a valid Teachers Service Commission (TSC) Number.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong classroom management capabilities.
A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young learners.
