The Nairobi Women's Hospital is seeking a qualified Lecturer in Paramedicine and Emergency Medicine. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality instruction, and to effectively assess and evaluate students within the discipline area, ensuring they meet the required academic and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality instruction and academic support to students in the discipline of Paramedicine and Emergency Medicine.
Assess and evaluate student performance through examinations, practical assignments, and continuous assessments.
Develop and update course materials to reflect current medical practices and pedagogical standards.
Maintain accurate student records and monitor academic progress throughout the term.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in a relevant area (Paramedicine/Emergency Medicine).
Additional specialized training in TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) or Pedagogy.
A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience.
Must be registered by the relevant professional body where applicable.
