The Nairobi Women's Hospital is seeking a Lecturer in Hospital Management to join their academic team. The primary purpose of this role is to provide quality education and training to students in the field of hospital administration and management.
Role Purpose
The Lecturer is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, assessing, and evaluating students within the Hospital Management discipline area to ensure they meet the required academic and professional standards.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality instruction and lectures to students in the discipline area.
Assess and evaluate student progress through various academic methods.
Support the academic development of students within the college.
Qualifications and Requirements
Must possess a Degree or Higher Diploma in a relevant area.
Additional training in TVET Education or Pedagogy is required.
A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience.
Must be registered by the relevant professional body where applicable.
