The Nairobi Women's Hospital is seeking a qualified Lecturer - Dental Technology to join their academic team. The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-quality instruction, assess student performance, and evaluate learning outcomes within the Dental Technology discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality theoretical and practical instruction to students in the discipline area.
Assessing and evaluating students' academic and practical progress through examinations and coursework.
Providing mentorship and guidance to students to ensure they meet professional standards.
Staying updated with industry trends to ensure the curriculum remains relevant.
Participating in departmental meetings and college activities as required.
Requirements
Education: Must hold a Degree or Higher Diploma in Dental Technology or a relevant area.
Additional Training: Must have additional training in TVET Education or Pedagogy.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience is required.
Registration: Must be registered by the relevant professional body where applicable.
