The Nairobi Women's Hospital is seeking a qualified Lecturer in Orthopedic and Trauma Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, as well as assessing and evaluating students within this specialized medical discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality instruction to students in the discipline of Orthopedic and Trauma Medicine.
Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods to ensure competency and adherence to academic standards.
Contribute to the development and improvement of the curriculum within the discipline area.
Provide guidance and mentorship to students to facilitate their professional growth and clinical understanding.
Qualifications and Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Orthopedic and Trauma Medicine or a relevant area.
Additional training in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Education or Pedagogy is required.
A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience.
Must be registered by the relevant professional body where applicable.
