The Nairobi Women’s Hospital College is seeking a qualified Lecturer to specialize in Theatre Nursing. This role focuses on providing high-quality instruction and clinical guidance to students, ensuring they meet professional standards in perioperative care. The successful candidate will be responsible for the academic growth and evaluation of students within the nursing department.\n\n### Responsibilities\n- Deliver high-quality instruction in Theatre Nursing and related clinical subjects.\n- Assess and evaluate student performance through theoretical exams and practical clinical assessments.\n- Develop and update teaching materials and curricula in accordance with TVET and professional standards.\n- Mentor students during clinical rotations and provide academic guidance.\n- Ensure all educational activities align with the standards of the Nursing Council of Kenya.\n\n### Requirements\n- A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Nursing (specializing in Theatre Nursing).\n- Additional professional training in TVET Education or Pedagogy is required.\n- A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience in a recognized medical training institution.\n- Active registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya or a relevant professional body.\n\n### How to Apply\nTo express your interest, please send your application to .
