The Nairobi Women's Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced Lecturer in Clinical Medicine and Surgery. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality instruction and support the academic development of students within the discipline area.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality instruction to students in Clinical Medicine and Surgery.
Assess and evaluate student performance in both theoretical and practical settings.
Maintain high academic standards in the delivery of curriculum materials.
Provide guidance and mentorship to students within the discipline.
Qualifications and Requirements
A Degree or Higher Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery or a relevant discipline area.
Mandatory additional training in TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) Education or Pedagogy.
A minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience.
Must be registered with the relevant professional body where applicable (e.g., Clinical Officers Council).
