Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and coordinate comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and change management initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with Kenyan labor laws and internal HR policies and procedures.
• Develop and manage employee training and development programs.
• Foster a positive work culture and support organizational growth through effective HR practices.
• Utilize HR software and systems for efficient personnel management.
• Provide strategic leadership and thinking to the management team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
• Strong skills in employee relations, performance management, and change management.
• Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies and procedures.
• Ability to develop and manage training and development programs.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HR software and systems.
• Proven leadership capabilities and strategic thinking skills.
• Previous experience in the construction or engineering industry is preferred.
