Job Description
Our client is looking for a customer-oriented Hotel Receptionist with strong front-office experience, skilled in delivering seamless guest services, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring efficient daily operations in fast-paced hospitality environments.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Guest Management: Welcome and assist guests on arrival, ensuring a smooth and professional check-in and check-out process.
Front Desk Operations: Manage daily front desk activities while maintaining high standards of customer service and hospitality.
Booking & Reservations: Handle reservations, room bookings, cancellations, and guest requests accurately and efficiently.
Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing timely and helpful information.
Conflict Resolution: Resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and positive experiences.
Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and prompt service delivery.
Administration: Maintain accurate guest records, booking logs, and daily front office reports. Manage scheduling for meetings, conference rooms, and internal appointments.
Office Support: Assist in general administrative duties including filing, stationery management, and office coordination. Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
Logistics: Support transport arrangements and other logistical needs when required.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily hotel operations.
Job Specifications and Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communication, Front Office, or a related area.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a front office or hospitality role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
