Role Overview
As a Front Office Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome. You will support the day-to-day operations of the front desk and assist in coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes.
Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and room reservations.
Support coordination between housekeeping, maintenance, and reservations teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and bookings within the system.
Ensure a warm, professional, and welcoming guest experience at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
A recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly presentable, organized, and customer-focused.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills; prior knowledge of hotel booking systems is an added advantage.
