Guest Relations Officer

LUMO Community Wildlife Conservancy is a thriving conservancy in Africa dedicated to preserving and managing wildlife resources while enhancing the socio-economic conditions of the Taita community. Our conservation initiative focuses on protecting biodiversity, restoring ecosystems, and promoting eco-friendly practices. By integrating conservation with sustainable tourism, we offer a unique environment for our staff. We are seeking to fill two positions for the Guest Relations Officer role. The position involves balancing guest interactions with administrative and field support to ensure high standards of service delivery within the conservancy.\n\n### Responsibilities\n* Manage guest relations and provide exceptional customer service to visitors.\n* Serve as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries and feedback.\n* Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.\n* Promote the conservancy's conservation initiatives and eco-friendly practices to visitors.\n* Support both office-based administrative tasks and field-based operational activities.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n* Certificate or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Communication, or a related field.\n* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.\n* Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.\n* Basic computer skills.\n* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n* Flexibility to support both office and field-based tasks.\n* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\n### How to Apply\nPlease send your CV and Cover letter to: by 27th April 2026.
