About the Role\nInEvent is launching a one-year Graduate Take-Off Program open to recent graduates from all around the world. This program provides candidates with practical training and skill development opportunities needed to identify potential areas of strength and establish a professional foothold. You will gain hands-on experience and develop skills that are in demand in the job market while contributing to the overall goal of the company. This is a paid position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week and is fully remote. Upon completion, successful participants may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with InEvent.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Support InEvent clients via chat support, emails, and virtual calls with high energy and active listening.\n- Meet Customer Success KPIs including response time, average handling time, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.\n- Identify customer issues, investigate queries, and report potential improvements to the development team.\n- Continuously learn about technology and platform updates to remain a subject matter expert (SME) on the InEvent product.\n- Collaborate with team members to test and improve performance using the platform.\n\n### Requirements and Qualifications\n- Undergraduate degree holder or a student nearing graduation.\n- Between 18 and 25 years old.\n- Fluent English skills (both written and verbal) for global communication; fluency in other languages is a plus.\n- Ability to multitask and work 40 hours per week without interruptions.\n- Ownership of a personal computer and a stable internet connection is mandatory.\n- Previous experience with Customer Success, SaaS, or tech companies is preferred but not required.\n- Outstanding communication skills, empathy, resilience, and a positive can-do attitude.\n\n### Benefits\n- 10 days of allocated Paid Time Off (PTO).\n- Birthday gifts and participation in happy hour celebrations.\n- Team challenges with prizes and professional networking opportunities.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should submit their application through the InEvent hiring portal by visiting: .
