We are seeking a qualified Facility Administrator to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our medical facility, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with healthcare standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or any other relevant field.
Experience: At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, especially Health Management Information Systems (HMIS).
Desirable Competencies
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Analytical thinking and decision-making
Basic financial and budgeting skills
Knowledge of healthcare laws and ethical standards
