Role Overview
Aquantuo is looking for a Digital Content Coordinator to drive growth, performance, and visibility across our digital channels. This role is central to content creation, fueling lead generation, while also supporting our digital infrastructure and revenue growth. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging video content that drives top-of-funnel engagement, while also supporting the execution of impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Content Performance
Own and manage content for TikTok and YouTube, with a strong focus on short-form video.
Plan, shoot, and edit video content that drives engagement and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Maintain a consistent content pipeline to support organic growth and visibility.
Track performance and optimize content to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Stay on top of trends and translate them into relevant, on-brand content.
Videography & Content Production
Lead end-to-end video production: concepting, filming, editing, and publishing.
Capture high-quality visuals that reflect the brand and communicate value clearly.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaign content.
Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining content quality.
Digital Infrastructure & SEO
Support website SEO and ensure content is optimized for search.
Maintain CRM data accuracy and cleanliness to support reporting and attribution.
Work with the team to ensure data integrity across campaigns and channels.
Revenue Support (3PL Visibility)
Create content that showcases Aquantuo’s capabilities and services.
Support campaigns that drive awareness and growth for this revenue stream.
Maintain consistent visibility of Aquantuo’s 3PL offerings across digital platforms.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years experience in digital content creation, with a strong focus on videography.
Education: Diploma qualification.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut).
Social Media: Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube, X and content trends.
Digital Marketing: Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
Systems: Experience working with CRM systems and managing data accuracy.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
Experience in E-commerce and Logistics industries.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush or similar tools.
