Sai Raj Limited is looking for a versatile Customer Service/Personal Assistant to manage front office operations and provide administrative support. This role is central to the daily operations of the company, involving professional reception management, coordination of vehicle receipt and dispatch, and administrative assistance to the management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a professional environment and ensuring smooth communication across departments. ### Responsibilities\n- Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area.\n- Oversee electricity conservation by ensuring computers and machinery are switched off when not in use.\n- Ensure visitors have access to refreshments and informative literature (brochures and profiles).\n- Manage the reception television display.\n- Ensure staff radios and guard extensions are fully operational.\n- Handle switchboard operations, directing inquiries to Sales, Finance, Accounts, or Administration departments.\n- Document all telesales and visitor inquiries in the reception book and digital formats (Excel).\n- Assist with administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and laminating documents.\n- Verify and distribute incoming documents to the relevant personnel.\n- Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of customer vehicles, ensuring accurate documentation and vehicle checklists.\n- Manage casual labor records, including retaining IDs, issuing workshop passes, drawing up contracts, and organizing payments.\n- Record daily complaints or anomalies and prepare comprehensive reports.\n- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to the respective parties.\n\n### Requirements\n- A minimum of a Diploma qualification in a relevant field.\n- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.\n- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks.\n- Effective communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.\n- Experience in minute-taking and record-keeping is highly desirable.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to: vacancies@sairaj.com using the position as the subject of the email.
