Machakos Imaging Centre provides accurate and timely radiological diagnosis to local communities. We are looking for a professional and empathetic Customer Service Executive to join our team in Machakos. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from registration through to billing.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Receive and guide patients professionally, ensuring accurate and efficient registration.
Handle all inquiries (in-person and phone) with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate imaging appointments to optimize workflow.
Actively manage patient flow, queues, and urgent cases in a busy clinical setting.
Support billing processes, maintain accurate records, and uphold patient confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma in Customer Service, Business, Health Records, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a hospital or high-volume front office.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with healthcare software systems is an added advantage.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
