Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service delivery.
Accurately record customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.

Requirements
Education: Minimum of BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Industry Knowledge: Previous call centre experience is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
Competencies: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
