Zuri Blooms, an artisan floristry business based at Garden City, Thika Road, is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing orders, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience across our online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and email.
Assist customers with gift and flower orders, providing appropriate product recommendations.
Process and follow up on customer orders to ensure completion.
Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain and uphold excellent customer experience standards.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Previous experience in customer service is considered an added advantage.
Proficiency in using social media and online communication platforms for business.
High attention to detail.
