Job Description
The Monarch Insurance is a leading provider of comprehensive insurance solutions, dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction and security of our clients. We are seeking to recruit Business Development Officers (BDOs) for our Life Business division who will play a key role in driving business growth and implementing effective sales strategies.
The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the achievement of the company's corporate objectives, including revenue growth, profitability, and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Drive business growth and implement effective sales strategies.
Support the achievement of corporate objectives including revenue growth and profitability targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
Market life insurance products to potential and existing clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance industry and the Kenyan market trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related course.
Professional qualification in Insurance or Demonstrate Progress (ACII, CII, or IIK).
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience selling insurance products (general/life).
Excellent knowledge of the insurance industry and the Kenyan market.
