KPMG is seeking an Associate Director-level professional to serve as the Alliance Market Lead – ServiceNow for Africa. This role is responsible for converting KPMG's ServiceNow Elite Partner status into a consistent, growing stream of signed, delivering, revenue-generating engagements across Africa. This role manages the commercial relationship with ServiceNow, develops the joint pipeline, shapes complex ServiceNow-led opportunities into KPMG propositions, and drives the bid-to-close process for all ServiceNow alliance-originated deals. The Alliance Market Lead is personally accountable for ServiceNow alliance-attributed revenue at maturity and is KPMG's primary commercial relationship owner with ServiceNow's partner organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the commercial relationship with ServiceNow across the Africa region.
Develop and grow a consistent stream of signed, revenue-generating engagements.
Develop and maintain a joint pipeline with ServiceNow.
Shape complex ServiceNow-led opportunities into compelling KPMG business propositions.
Drive the bid-to-close process for all alliance-originated deals.
Act as the primary commercial relationship owner with ServiceNow's partner organisation.
Personally handle accountability for ServiceNow alliance-attributed revenue targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
A relevant degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
ServiceNow Sales certifications are preferred (Accredited Sales Engineer or equivalent).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology sales, business development, or alliance management.
At least 5 years of specific experience within a ServiceNow partner ecosystem context.
A proven track record of personally originating and closing ServiceNow-led technology deals.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow's partner programme, Elite Partner requirements, and commercial incentive structures.
An established network within ServiceNow's partner and enterprise sales organisation.
