Job Description
Jumba Ruins Monsoon is seeking a Waitress for its "A la Carte" Restaurant located in Mombasa County, Kenya.
Note: Monsoon is a seafood restaurant, not a beach bar or a pub; drinks are only served to clients having meals.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Waitress at Jumba Ruins Monsoon. The Waitress will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Additional daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, communicating with kitchen and bar staff, and addressing guest inquiries or special requests.

Qualifications and Experience
BA/BSc/HND qualification
Customer Service and Communication skills
Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service processes
Basic understanding of cooking and food presentation is beneficial
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
