Job Description
Peaks Hotel Nanyuki offers a tranquil, secluded escape to Mount Kenya, boasting a variety of activities, a scenic rooftop terrace, beautifully manicured gardens, and spacious, tastefully furnished guest rooms. The hotel is seeking a Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, ensure high service standards, and manage team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Food and Beverage department.
Ensure high quality standards of food presentation, beverage service, and customer satisfaction.
Manage F&B staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Control departmental operational costs, inventory, and wastage.
Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Key Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage management.
Hotel experience will be an added advantage.
