Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is a consultancy services company incorporated under the laws of Kenya. They are seeking to recruit a Waiter/Waitress to join their team in Nairobi.
Job Purpose
The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly while maintaining exceptional service and cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and accurately process food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously.
Process bills and payments accurately.
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Well-groomed, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
