Job Description
Our client is hiring an experienced Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, maintain exceptional food quality, and oversee menu planning and kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food and service.
Design, plan, and cost menus in alignment with customer preferences and budgets.
Supervise, mentor, and train kitchen staff to maintain kitchen efficiency and standard operating procedures.
Oversee food inventory management, purchasing, and quality control of ingredients.
Enforce strict hygiene, health, and food safety standards (HACCP) in all food preparation areas.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
HACCP/Food Safety Certification is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a professional kitchen.
At least 2 years' experience as a Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager.
