About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead operational teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences at a luxury lodge. This role involves overseeing daily lodge operations, supporting department heads, driving operational excellence, and maintaining high luxury hospitality and sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead housekeeping, maintenance, safari shop, night porter, and wellness teams
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and oversee daily lodge operations
Support department heads and step into Lodge Manager duties when required
Drive team training, operational excellence, and cost efficiencies
Maintain the highest luxury hospitality and sustainability standards
Requirements & Qualifications
BA/BSc/HND qualification
Proven luxury lodge or hospitality operations management experience
Strong leadership and guest relations skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Passion for service excellence and mentoring teams
