Role Overview

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Travel Specialist - Luxury Safari Travel to handle high-end, bespoke safari travel bookings in Nairobi. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages complex bookings with exceptional attention to detail, and is committed to providing seamless, high-end travel experiences from enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Experience: 3–5+ years' experience in luxury safari reservations or tour consulting.
• Education: BA/BSc/HND or equivalent qualification.
• Destination Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda (Southern Africa knowledge is an advantage).
• Itinerary Design: Experience designing bespoke FIT (Free Independent Traveler) itineraries for international guests.
• Clientele & Agents: Proven success working with international travel agents and luxury clientele.
• Software & Systems: Experience with Tourplan (or similar reservation systems) and WETU.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organisational, and sales skills with a passion for wildlife, conservation, and delivering world-class guest experiences.
