Trade Development Representative (TDR) - Eastleigh

Key Responsibilities

• SSO & Agent Recruitment & Mapping: Effectively manage the identification and recruitment of Agents, targeting mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores.
• Beat Plan Execution: Regularly visit SSOs and Agents according to agreed-upon route plans (beat plans) to maintain a consistent market presence.
• Training & Tooling: Provide all necessary business tools for transactions at SSO and agent outlets. Train SSOs and T-Kash Agents on operational processes.
• Compliance & AML Training: Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) training and testing for agents. Train SSOs on the Know Your Customer (KYC) processes related to SIM registration (SIMREG).
• Stock Management: Monitor and enforce the 1.5x stock rule for agents. Ensure SSOs maintain an adequate stock of SIMs for new registrations and activations.
• Merchandising: Develop and maintain high merchandising standards by providing and placing merchandising materials at SSOs and Agent outlets.

Requirements

• Academic Qualifications: A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales and distribution role, specifically within the FMCG or Telecommunications sectors.
