You will be the face, voice, and deal-closer for Sarova Woodlands Hotel & Spa and Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge, turning conversations into confirmed business. Your primary objective is to grow room nights, meetings and events, and F&B revenue by building bold relationships, negotiating strategically, and consistently exceeding targets.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary representative for Sarova Woodlands Hotel & Spa and Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge.
Identify and convert new business opportunities into confirmed revenue for rooms, conferences, and F&B segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
Negotiate contracts and pricing strategically to maximize profitability while beating sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, influencing outcomes without drama and delegating tasks appropriately.
Represent the brand in both local and international markets, requiring significant mobility and travel.
Requirements
A Degree or Diploma in Business (a specialization or minor in Sales is a plus).
At least 4 years of experience in the service industry, with a high preference for hotel marketing or sales.
A deep understanding of the corporate and commerce landscape.
A natural relationship builder—confident, upbeat, presentable, and comfortable engaging with high-level decision-makers.
Ability to work well with others and manage professional dynamics effectively.
Willingness and readiness to travel locally and overseas for business development.
