Role Overview
This is a contract-based on-site role for a Sales Independent Agent located in Chuka. The primary objective is to drive growth by identifying potential clients and promoting financial products such as loans and asset finance. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets while maintaining high standards of professional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients to expand the customer base.
Promote the company’s financial products, including various loans and asset finance options.
Work towards meeting and exceeding set monthly sales targets.
Maintain and nurture strong, professional relationships with clients.
Understand individual customer needs and provide accurate, detailed information about services.
Manage all client interactions in a professional and efficient manner.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while working independently.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum academic requirement: Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (BA/BSc/HND preferred).
Relevant experience in financial products sales is considered an advantage.
Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven ability to attract and convert clients.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive performance.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple interactions.
Proficiency in both English and Swahili for effective communication.
Demonstrated self-drive and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
