Career Options Limited is a leading recruitment-consulting firm based in Nairobi, Kenya, offering specialized services to effectively manage the entire recruitment process for companies based in Africa and Middle East. We are looking for a proactive Tendering & Personal Assistant Officer to join our team. This role involves a blend of procurement support and executive administrative assistance, requiring an individual who can manage the end-to-end tendering process while supporting daily business operations.
Key Deliverables
Tendering: Identify and track relevant tenders from various platforms. Prepare tender documents, including both technical and financial proposals.
Compliance: Compile compliance documents and ensure all submission requirements are met. Maintain an organized database of all tender documents and submissions.
Data Analysis: Assist in pricing, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and bid evaluations using Excel. Perform data entry and reporting.
Administrative Support: Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments. Handle professional emails, calls, and correspondence.
Operations: Assist in document preparation, filing, and record-keeping. Run errands and support day-to-day business operations.
Logistics: Drive when required for errands, site visits, or document delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
Age: Must be between 20 – 26 years.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Licensing: Must possess a valid driving license.
Communication: Good written and spoken English.
Field Experience: Background in Administrative and Support Services is preferred.
