Reporting to the Telesales Team Lead, the Telesales Agent will provide expert advice and information to potential customers regarding a variety of products offered by SunCulture. You will play a key role in increasing profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion. S/he will also be troubleshooting and escalating complaints across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Target Achievement: Consistently achieve over 70% of monthly KPI targets, including lead generation, lead conversion, and sales targets.
Customer Outreach: Contact potential or existing customers to provide accurate product information using depth of product knowledge.
Technical Consultation: Explain technical product features and answer customer questions effectively.
Lead Management: Proactively generate personal leads and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers, ensuring at least an 80% conversion rate from self-generated leads.
Call Volume: Conduct extensive outbound calls through the 3CX system, meeting daily and hourly talk-time targets.
Communication: Tailor sales scripts to meet customer needs and respond to inquiries via email, direct messages, and phone.
Market Research: Conduct market surveys to obtain information about potential customers and measure customer experience.
Professional Development: Participate in scheduled training sessions to improve quality of output and customer relations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience in Sales and Customer Service is required.
Additional experience as a Telesales Representative is an added advantage.
A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
Proficiency in computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Ability to learn and explain technical product features to prospects.
Passion for irrigation and in-depth knowledge of the industry trends.
Independent thinker with proactive decision-making capabilities.
Ability to handle pressure and handle rejection gracefully.
A diploma or degree in Sales or any other related field is an added advantage.
