We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth and market expansion within the Central Kenya region. The role focuses on B2B customer acquisition, relationship management, and executing sales strategies to achieve significant year-over-year growth.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\nCustomer Prospecting, Acquisition & Market Expansion\n* Utilize first-hand knowledge and network-building skills specifically for the Central Kenya markets (Kiambu, Kirinyaga, Nyeri, Embu, Meru, Isiolo, Laikipia, Muranga, and Tharaka-Nithi).\n* Prospect and acquire Key Customer partners in the B2B channel for both expansion and turnaround business units.\n* Actively execute the acquisition of prospects according to set targets.\n\nRelationship Management\n* Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate trust.\n* Market and communicate the story of our brands, products, and services.\n* Keep customers actively engaged via virtual and in-person interactions.\n\nSales Growth & Forward Planning\n* Manage primary wholesalers, importers, and agents.\n* Monitor key account performance and drive business optimization and growth in range, variety, and frequency.\n\nOrder Processing & Fulfillment Planning\n* Ensure timely order placement into the system and collaborative communication with relevant teams.\n* Proactively share information and develop fulfillment plans with customers.\n\nMarket Insights & Learning\n* Maintain a dynamic understanding of consumers, customers, markets, competitors, and opportunities.\n* Provide the company with marketing/sales intelligence to drive market leadership.\n* Understand customer business models, challenges, and growth pathways.\n\nInnovation & Brand Positioning\n* Actively innovate offerings based on in-depth customer and consumer driven insights.\n* Execute sales and distribution plans for all business units in the focus regions.\n* Drive brand awareness, loyalty, and growth through localized value propositions.\n\n### Key Deliverables\n* Achieve year-round active business activity in Central Kenya.\n* Drive 20% YoY growth for Expansion business units and 10% YoY growth for Turnaround units over the next 3 years.\n* Execution of growth strategies for 40 Key Accounts with a target of 35% YoY growth.\n* Management of sales pipelines, forecasting, and credit risk.\n\n### Qualifications & Requirements\n* A Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND).\n* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Sales.\n* Deep knowledge of the manufacturing/textile sector and the Central Kenya market.\n* Multi-cultural and multi-lingual capabilities.\n* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.\n* Self-driven, accountable, and a strong team player.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified candidates should apply through the official application link on LinkedIn provided below.
