We are seeking a Fashion Sales Rep to lead market expansion and drive sales growth across our B2B channels.
Core Responsibilities
Customer Prospecting, Acquisition & Market Expansion
- Build networks and actively prospect to acquire key customer partners in our B2B channel.
- Align acquisitions with growth requirements for expansion and turnaround business units.
- Execute the acquisition of prospects according to set targets.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate trust.
- Market and tell the story of our brands, products, and services (both existing and new).
- Keep customers engaged through virtual and in-person interactions.
- Manage primary wholesalers, importers, and agents.
- Monitor key account performance and optimize business growth in range and frequency.
Order Processing & Fulfilment Planning
- Ensure timely order placement into the system.
- Maintain collaborative communication with relevant internal teams.
- Proactively share status information with the customer.
- Develop and execute fulfillment plans alongside customers.
Market Insights & Learnings
- Maintain dynamic knowledge of consumers, customers, markets, competitors, and opportunities.
- Provide marketing and sales intelligence to drive market leadership.
- Leverage local culture and understand customer pain points and growth areas.
Differentiation & Innovation Commercialization
- Innovate offerings through in-depth customer and consumer insights.
- Drive the commercialization of new offerings in the market.
- Execute sales and distribution plans in focus regions.
Brand Positioning & Buyer Experience
- Deeply understand and promote Brand products and services.
- Proactively engage with customers regarding brand value propositions.
Key Deliverables
- Sales Growth: Achieve 20% Year-over-Year (YoY) growth for Expansion business units and 10% YoY growth for Turnaround units.
- Market Activity: Maintain year-round business activity in the Central Kenya markets.
- Customer Pathways: Execute growth strategies for 40 Key Accounts with a minimum of 35% YoY growth.
- Brand Awareness: Drive loyalty through localized value propositions.
