Job Description

NCBA Group is seeking a Senior Underwriter – Broker Channel, Specialty & Multinational. This role is responsible for providing senior technical underwriting support for the Broker Channel, Specialty, and Multinational business lines. The objective is to ensure profitable growth, disciplined risk selection, strong broker service delivery, and compliance with approved underwriting guidelines, delegated authorities, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Assessment: Evaluate complex and specialized risks, determining appropriate terms, pricing, and coverage conditions.
Program Servicing: Support multinational program servicing and local policy issuance.
Reinsurance Coordination: Coordinate reinsurance referrals where required.
Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to underwriting team members to improve turnaround time, portfolio quality, and customer experience.
Relationship Management: Manage broker relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
