Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa and Salon Team leaders to oversee the daily operations of their high-end beauty and wellness facility. This role is critical for ensuring exceptional client experiences, managing staff performance, and maintaining the luxurious ambiance of the spa. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry. You will be responsible for all aspects of the business, from service quality and inventory management to staff training and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa and salon, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of skilled therapists, stylists, and receptionists.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, client bookings, and manage client relations to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory levels of professional products and retail stock, placing orders as needed.
- Implement and enforce high standards for hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Manage staff schedules, payroll, and performance reviews. Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and implement strategies to enhance financial results.
- Curate and introduce new treatments, services, and retail products to stay competitive.

Minimum Qualifications
- Beauty Spa Therapist qualification or relevant background.
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
