Assistant Operations Manager

This role involves supporting the seamless operation of Soroi Collection’s luxury camps and lodges. The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency across multiple properties, including remote locations.

Requirements Profile (What we’re looking for):

• Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 years’ experience in hospitality operations, with a preference for experience gained in camps, lodges, or hotels.
• Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of lodge/hotel operations, covering key areas such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Maintenance.
• Logistics: Ability to effectively work across multiple properties and manage logistics in remote locations.
• Soft Skills: Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
• Management Support: Experience in supporting budget management, implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with health & safety protocols, and supporting sustainability practices.
