Tom Mboya University is seeking a qualified Senior Lecturer in Project Management. The institution, which traces its roots to the Maseno University Learning Centre, is focused on academic excellence and community development. The successful candidate will provide academic leadership, deliver high-quality teaching, and mentor students in the field of Project Management.
Requirements for Appointment
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in Project Management or a relevant field from an accredited and recognized university.
At least three (3) years of teaching or research experience at the university level as a Lecturer/Research Fellow, OR six (6) years of research/industry experience.
A minimum of thirty-two (32) publication points as a Lecturer or equivalent, of which at least twenty-four (24) should be from refereed scholarly journals.
Successfully supervised a minimum of three (3) post-graduate students to completion as a Lecturer or equivalent.
Registration with a relevant professional body where applicable.
